Once a visa or travel document request is accepted, you will receive an email which will formalise the contract, thus it will become a valid, current and binding legal transaction between the parties, and therefore we, as a business, will become your supplier and you our customer.

In the event that your visa is denied by government authorities, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid to the government, you will never receive a payment corresponding to our handling and processing fees, any other refund request will be excluded.

As stated on Chapter 3, Article 16 of the DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights:

Exceptions from the right of withdrawal

Member States shall not provide for the right of withdrawal set out in Articles 9 to 15 in respect of distance and off-premises contracts as regards the following:

(a) service contracts after the service has been fully performed if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and with the acknowledgement that he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader;

Any attempt to use a chargeback to secure a refund in a manner that is not contemplated in this policy will be deemed a serious violation of our terms. We will consider such attempts as fraudulent and will promptly take legal action in response.

The estimated response time for your request will be a maximum of 72 hours.
